Frequently asked questions
How easy is the operation of the system?
The system is very easy and intuitive to operate with just 5 buttons, requiring no expert knowledge or experience. Your employees will be trained in half a day and ready to go. Additional features, such as creating a new packing pattern or defining the number of layers, can be selected via the HMI (Human Machine Interface).
How much service effort is required?
We service the cell once a year. The rent includes 24/7 support throughout Germany, which you can access via our digital service center. In case of an issue, we can provide immediate assistance through remote maintenance.
Can the cell be expanded later?
Since our cells are designed in a modular system, they can be easily scaled up without much effort. This is ideal if you decide to increase your production throughput.
Can the packing pattern be changed per pallet?
Yes, that's possible. Various packing patterns can be pre-set and stored by us without limitations, as per your needs. The operator can then easily select new packing patterns with a single click in a matter of seconds.
